Biblioteka is a library that collects and makes publicly available artists' books, photography books, zines, ephemera and publications on architecture and design.

We operate as an experimental library space exploring what a library could be.

After running 3 spaces in Kyiv, Ukraine our collection is now based in London, UK.

• VIKTOR MARUSHCHENKO PHOTOBOOK COLLECTION
  In 2016 Bibliotheca acquired a part of personal collection of Ukrainian photographer and educator Viktor Marushchenko. Consisting of over 500 books it covers the most iconic 20th century photographers as well as some contemporaries.

• ONE GIANT ARM
  One Giant Arm was a Bristol based artist collective founded by photographers Tommy Sussex and Joe Williams. During 2010-2013 OGA made photography publications, international open calls for self published zines and exhibitions in the UK and Poland.

• NEW COLLECTION
  A selection of 150 artist books, zines and catalogues collected between 2017 and 2018 by Hlib Velyhorskyi and Anastasia Soroka

• DOOMED GALLERY LONDON ARCHIVE
  Donated by Ken Flaherty the archive features the books acquired by Doomed Gallery while operating its space in London.

• NYABF 2018
  A bunch of books and zines hand picked by Max Y at Printed Matter’s New York Art Book Fair 2018.
